This folder should be retained for reference complete in a safe place whose whereabouts is known to the clergy, PCC members and anyone who has been appointed to a special responsibility for child protection in the parish. All sheets may be photocopied so those with responsibility for children and young people may be given their own copies of the sheets which are helpful to them. The Diocesan Policy and consequential parish policy, when it has been agreed, should be copied and recorded in the PCC Minute Book
